Today’s climate requires a different approach to booking and paying for a holiday, which is why we have amended our payment policies, enabling you to book with confidence.
For the foreseeable future we will be tailoring each of our payment terms to you. For example, if a service (cruise, airline, hotel) only requires full payment 15 days prior, then that is what we will ask of you.
This gives us more time to ensure that the destination is secure to travel to, that you are comfortable with going there and that we can operate your holiday as planned. The safety and wellbeing of our clients has always come first and we remain ATOL bonded and are fully covered by the package regulations.
Throughout this time, we have been in constant contact with our partners and suppliers to ensure they are also ready; each of our partners have passed rigorous protocols – both internally and internationally to ensure your comfort and safety throughout your holiday.
Now countries are opening up again, demand will be extremely high. We therefore strongly recommend booking as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment. Now is the time to start planning for next year and beyond, so let us create an unforgettable journey for you.
