A note about pricing

This itinerary moves around Argentina in a clockwise direction and includes the wildlife on Peninsula Valdes, the end of the world at Ushuaia, glaciers in El Calafate, Mountains in El Chalten and the lakes around Bariloche.

As a guideline, the itinerary outlined below would cost approximately £4,460 per person based on two people travelling and includes all activities on a private basis, private transfers, entrance fees, accommodation and taxes and meals where mentioned.

In addition, the cost of your internal flights will be approximately £1,400 per person

Day 1 Fly to Buenos Aires. Met on arrival and transfer to the Art hotel for 3 nights in a king room on a b&b basis.  Afternoon free for personal exploration.

Day 2-3 In Buenos Aires.  The city has a variety of attractions; you could visit the Tigre Delta, take a boat ride over to the UNESCO city of Colonia in Uruguay, or have a city tour through the diverse districts of Buenos Aires.
Day 4 Met and transferred to the domestic airport for your flight to Trelew situated on Peninsular Valdes.  Depart on AR 1860 at 08:20 arrive 10:20.  Met on arrival and transferred to the El Elvira Lodge for 3 nights in a standard room on a full board basis, including all activities.  Afternoon activities organised by the lodge.

Day 5-6 2 full day of activities.  We would recommend visiting the peninsular for some whale watching.  This barren coastline is home to colonies of sea lions, elephant seals, and penguins.
Day 7 Met and transferred to the airport for your flight to Ushuaia.  Depart on AR 2810 at 10:50 arrive 12:15.  Met on arrival and transferred to the Cumbres del Martial hotel for 3 nights in a deluxe room on a b&b basis.  Afternoon free for personal exploration.

Day 8 Met for your full day in Lapataia National Park.  Transfer to the National park by train.  The day is spent walking along this spectacular coastline where the Andes drop into the ocean.  The walking is mostly flat, and the park contains a wide range of flora and fauna including the elusive beaver.
Day 9 A full day in and around Ushuaia. Option we suggest doing the following; take a boat ride to Isla de los Lobos and/or do the half day walk up the Martial Glacier, perched above Ushuaia.  The glacier can be reached by cable car or by foot, with a stunning view across Cape Horn from the top.
Day 10 Morning free for personal exploration. Met and transferred to the airport for your flight to El Calafate.  Depart on AR 2899 at 16:43 arrive 17:53.  Met on arrival and transferred to the Esplendor hotel for 3 nights in a concept room on a b&b basis.

Day 11 Met for you full day excursion to Perito Moreno Glacier (shared basis), an awe-inspiring site where you will trek on the glacier and take a boat ride across the front and the chance of seeing blue icebergs break away from this massive Glacier.
Day 12 Met in the morning for a (shared basis) to the port for your full day excursion on Lake Argentino to see the Onelli and Upsala glaciers in the VIP Cabin of the boat.
Day 13 Met and transferred to bus station for your bus to El Chalten on the edge of Fitzroy National Park.  Met on arrival and transferred to the Hosteria El Puma for 3 nights on a b&b basis.

Day 14-15 3 full days of walking in this spectacular park, we would suggest; walking to Laguna Piedras Blancas and up to the Laguna de Los Tres before returning to El Chalten (10hrs) and walking to the Bridwell Camp and onto the Maestri lookout (8hrs).  All activities can be booked and paid for locally.
Day 16 Met and transferred back to El Calafate airport for your flight to Bariloche.  Depart on AR 2695 at 16:40 arrive 18:25.  Met on arrival and transfer to the Los Juncos hotel for 3 nights in an Aire room with a lake view on a b&b basis.

Day 17-18 In Bariloche. Free for personal exploration.  You can visit Cerro Otto by cable car with its superb views over the Lake District from its peak at 1,405 metres. Alternatively, you can hire some mountain bikes or kayaks and explore the surrounding lakes.
Day 19 Met and transferred to the airport for your flight to Buenos Aires. Met on arrival and transfer to the Art Hotel for the night on a b&b basis.
