Hotel Atitlan

The rooms are spread out over three floors with the second and third floors offering the best views of the lake and volcanoes opposite.  Rooms are tastefully decorated with wooden furniture, metal framed beds and large bathrooms.  The junior suites and master suites have sitting areas along with an open fireplace, large verandas and are worth the additional cost.

The outside pool and separate outside Jacuzzi overlook the lake and are an ideal place to relax and unwind if the activities around the lake do not appeal.  The restaurant has an excellent menu and the food, all of which is prepared in Guatemalan style, is superb.
