The hotel has 14 – story Ecohabs (three doubles and 11 doubles with additional beds for two children maximum) with private bathrooms with hot water, hammocks, mini bar, coffee maker, plasma TV, ceiling fans, safety deposit box and telephone for internal communication. Rooms are relatively simple, though with simple white linen and wooden furniture, but it is the location you come for (and pay for). The design of the bungalows is inspired by ancient Tayrona tribes, built with native wood and high roofs covered in palm leaves.
The restaurant as you would expect also has a beautiful location. It is enclosed by the foliage of the surrounding jungle, yet you are still close enough to hear the sound of the ocean. Like the service though the food can also be a little hit and miss, which is a shame, as they have a good product here, but it just need a little more thought.
The hotel has limited WiFi service and in some cases the connection can be completely gone, so expect to switch off if coming here.
