Jicaro Island Lodge is a worthwhile adventure, as you connect with nature yet feel that luxury experience all the way. Staying here you cannot fail to unwind.

The lodge has 9 luxury casitas which are all located on a private island overlooking Lake Nicaragua, home to mind-blowing views of the Mombacho Volcano. The beds are set on a raised platform, with a spacious bathroom and a private deck with an oversized hammock overlooking the lake. Thankfully the active volcano that dominates the landscape hasn’t erupted since 1570!

The style of the casitas is linked to nature, raised above the ground like tree houses, they are unique. If the lake isn’t for you, then the infinity pool is, but there is also a spa for spoiling yourself in.

Jicaro offers a diverse range of activities which include; bird watching, kayaking, zip lining or even hiking up the Mombacho volcano with its amazing views across the island. You won’t be bored here.
