Chile is long and thin and the below takes in both ends of the country with some time spent in the both the wine valley and the lakes at the end.
As a guideline, the itinerary outlined below would cost approximately £7,350 per person based on two people travelling and includes all activities on a private basis unless stated, private transfers, entrance fees, accommodation and taxes and meals where mentioned.

Fly to Santiago. Met on arrival and transferred (1 hr) to Vina Matetic in the Rosario Valley and the La Casona hotel for 2 nights in a standard room on a full board basis including a selection of activities supplied by the lodge.
Today you will have a tour of the wine cellar and a four courses wine paired lunch menu with premium and ultra-premium wines as well as some guided excursion such as horseback riding, cycling, trekking or a scenic tour by car. There are additional tours available such as wine tasting at other vineyards which can be arranged and paid for locally
Met and transferred to the airport for your flight to Calama, depart on Sky Airlines 124 at 11:15 arrive 13:25. Met on arrival and transferred (1 hr) to San Pedro de Atacama and the Tierra Atacama hotel for 4 nights in a superior room on a full board basis including all activities – activities on a shared basis with other guests
3 days to explore this fascinating region, where highlights include; Atacama salt flats, Chaxa salt Lagoon, Altiplanic lakes of Miscanti and Meniques, Valley of the Moon, hot springs at Puritama and the wonderful landscape of the Salar de Tara. All of which are included and can be arranged locally
Met and transferred to the airport for your internal flight to Santiago, depart on LA 151 at 10:42 arrive 12:49. Met on arrival and transferred (2 hrs) to the Ritz carlton hotel for the night in a standard room on a b&b basis
Met and transferred to the airport for your internal flight to Puerto Natales. Met on arrival and transferred (1 ½ hrs, shared basis with other guests) to the Torres del Paine National Park and the Tierra Patagonia hotel for 4 nights in a superior room on a full board basis including all activities – activities on a shared basis with other guests
3 full days of activities supplied by the lodge which could include; walks to Lago Grey and Francis Glacier, boat rides on Lago Grey and Lago Pehoe and horse riding, though more options are available
Met and transferred to the airport for your flight to Puerto Montt. Met on arrival and transferred to Chiloe Island and the Tierra Chiloe hotel for 3 nights in a superior room on a full board basis including all activities – activities on a shared basis with other guests
There is a daily choice of half and full day excursions on foot, horse, bike, by vehicle, kayak or on board the hotel’s traditional wooden boat “Williche”; group sizes are limited to 8 guests to ensure personal attention. The hotel’s team of guides help guests create their own personal schedule of activities.
