This eco-lodge is located within a cloud forest close to the train station in the town of Aguas Calientes - a 25 minute bus ride from the ruins of Machu Picchu. It has 83 rooms, a small pool, a chapel, a boutique shop, internet access, but it also boasts a botanical garden within the grounds of the hotel, which features fruit trees, medicinal plants and over 140 species of Orchid.
 
These gardens, along with the simple rustic style, make the hotel a favorite with conservation-minded people. It is the largest hotel in the vicinity with a restaurant that seats 150 people where groups can be accommodated by special arrangement

Junior suites. Offer a separate area for reading and relaxing, with iPod speakers next to the fireplace, plus the possibility of a balcony or terrace.
