La Hacienda Bahia Paracas: The DetailOne of the reasons La Hacienda Bahia Paracas is an ideal place to stay is its location next to the ocean. This allows you to head straight out to the Ballestas islands from the hotel, hence saving time. Within the hotel itself are spectacular swimming pools with marvelous view of the bay and plenty of space around them as well. Their little café serves excellent afternoon snacks whilst the Oceano Spa is a great place for a massage at the end of the day. In the evening the El Candelabro Lounge with its warm colours is a quiet spot where you can curl up with a good book, park yourself at a corner and have a drink. The restaurant is adequate and serves a selection of Peruvian and international cuisine, this is also accompanied by live Peruvian music. All of the hotel’s 80 rooms are a little plain with their white washed walls, but are spacious and have some traditional Peruvian decor.
