Ceiba Del Mar: The DetailThe hotel prides itself on its relaxed vibe yet places huge emphasis on a personalised service. Staff, are attentive, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are modern, bright and spacious – there is a king bed draped with a mosquito net and all rooms have a balcony with views of the pool, lush tropical gardens and the sea. There is widescreen TV, an iPod docking station and DVD player. The bathroom has a bath and a shower and there is a beautiful range of organic toiletries to use. You start the day with a complimentary breakfast of tea, coffee, fresh juices and pastries which are delivered to your room. There is a choice of three restaurants – all are excellent. The beachside restaurant is informal and offers a range of relaxed eating options such as seafood ceviche and steaks.
