Day 1. Fly to Rio de Janeiro
Fly from London to Rio on the overnight flight

Day 2. In Rio de Janeiro
Met on arrival and transfer Copacabana Palace for 2 nights on a b&b basis. Met in the afternoon for a visit to the famous Corcovado mountain, which has the statue of Christ the Redeemer perched on the top.

Day 3. In Rio de Janeiro
Morning free for personal exploration. Met in the afternoon for your visit to the famous Sugarloaf mountain to watch the sun set over Rio, the mountain is only accessible by cable car.

Day 4. Fly Iguazu
Met and transferred to the airport for your flight to Iguazu falls. Met on arrival and transfer to the Das Cataratas Hotel (Brazil) for 2 nights in a deluxe room on a b&b basis. The day is spent on the Brazilian side of the falls. Met for your boat safari, taking a speedboat ride up the Iguazu River for views of the falls from below, followed by a helicopter ride to see the falls from above.

Day 5. In Iguazu
A day around the Argentinean Falls. Met and transferred to the Argentinean side of the falls where there are walks at varying levels including a train ride to the devils throat.

Day 6. Fly to the Pantanal
Met and transfer to the airport for your flight to Campo Grande. Met on arrival and transfer to the Caiman lodge for 4N/4D on a full board basis.

Day 7-9. In the Pantanal
May to October is the best time to visit the lodge as you are in the middle of the seasons. Water is beginning to disperse south leaving pools of water with trapped fish , which in turn attracts large numbers of migratory birds as well the larger animals. 4 full days of activities supplied by the lodge, including horse riding, walks and canoe rides.

Day 10. Fly Manaus
Met and transfer to the airport for your flight to Manaus. Met on arrival and transferred to the tropical Hotel for the night on a b&b basis.

Day 11. In the Amazon
The morning is free for personal exploration. Met in the afternoon and transferred to the Amazon lodge located 80 KM from Manaus on the banks of the JumaLake for 4 days 3 nights full board basis. Transfer is by bus, boat and canoe taking approximately 3 hours stopping en-route to view the 'meeting of the waters'.

Day 12-13. In the Amazon
Over the next two days here you will do a variety of jungle walks, caiman spotting at night, piranha fishing and visit a local Amazon settlement.

Day 14. Fly Recife
Following breakfast you will return to Manaus. Met and transferred to the airport for your flight to Recife. Met on arrival and transfer to the Recife Palace hotel for the night on a b&b basis.

Day 15. Recife to Fernando de Noronha
Met and transferred to the airport for your flight to the Island of Fernando de Noronha. Met on arrival and transferred to the Pousada da Morena for 4 nights on a b&b basis.

Day 16-18. On Fernando de Noronha
Time to explore the island. With a huge variety of activities from Dolphin watching, walking trails, exploring the islands forts, snorkelling and diving, boat rides around the island or relaxing on one of its 21 beaches

Day 19. Fly to London
Met and transferred to the airport for your flight to Rio via Recife. Transfer to the international terminal for your return international overnight flight

Price

The itinerary outlined above based on a private basis would cost approximately £2,753 per person and includes all activities except on Fernando de Norohna, accommodation, transfers and meals where mentioned.
