Casa Turire: The DetailCasa Turire has twelve rooms and four suites, all of which are airy, spacious and enjoy natural wood floors, high ceilings, and private balconies. Guests have views of the surrounding hills or the pool area. Each room has satellite TV, fridge, fans and plenty of room for relaxing. At the back of the hotel is a private screened area filled with tall palm trees and tropical flowers where you can relax in the pool and Jacuzzi. It is also where you can take breakfast of a morning. The restaurant is elegantly appointed, the service quick and the menu is excellent. We adored the typically Central American dish of Black bean soup. The lake nearby is ideal for kayaking and the grounds wonderful for walks. Coffee tours, white water rafting and horse riding activities are also available. You may also likeTortuguero

Monteverde
This was one of the first lodges in the park to have a zip wire system across its canopy. As such the location is lovely, nestled amongst tress with wisps of cloud passing through. The lodge itself is fairly basic and simple with 5 wooden cabanas
