Pousada Pilar: The DetailThe Pousada do Pilar has a privileged location with a beautiful view of the sea, the All Saint’s Bay, the Bonfim Church and the Sao Marcelo Fortress. The hotel has a very spacious hall and reception and the breakfast saloon has a spacious veranda with view of the sea. Rio de Janeiro
Despite its size – 135 rooms, this is a very good hotel in Rio due to its close proximity to Sugar Loaf Mountain and the views from the rooms of Copacabana beach, which make it an ideal place to stay.
Buzios
This is a fine hotel with probably the best bar for watching the sunset over the ocean. The hotel has a colonial feel about it and although some rooms are small, the pool area overlooking the ocean is superb
