Kiaroa: The Detail

The Maraú Peninsula, located in the Baía de Camamu, is one of the most beautiful places in Brazil because it still has wide untouched areas of the Mata Atlântica. Barra Grande, the region’s main village has just about 500 inhabitants and, although it is remotely located, the village offers a variety of bars and restaurants. To get to the hotel, you take a private plane from Salvador landing on a private road, 100 meters from the reception, after 35-minute scenic flight.

The Kiaroa Eco Luxury Resort, whose name was inspired by the black pearls from French Polynesia, offers “the best of nature for those who want a better life”.

Situated on a deserted beach with crystalline water and natural pools, the Kiaroa has a special appeal. With an architecture designed to be an extension of exuberant nature, is the ideal choice for those seeking relaxation in an exotic environment, without sacrificing the luxury that an international lodge offers.

The apartments and bungalows are uniquely decorated and all items they ensure comfort, sophistication and exclusivity. The pool is Kiaroa´s most exceptional feature, with 800m² of wet decks and an island, which is an oasis.
