Yacutinga Lodge: Our View


This rustic jungle lodge is locates 30 miles above the spectacular Iguazú Falls, where the river flows lazily through virgin rainforest, Yacutinga Lodge offers a unique experience giving you the ultimate jungle experiences in Argentina.
You will be overwhelmed by the flora and fauna here, and the morning song of the birds in the surrounding canopy is overpowering. The lodge offers a great range of tours with highly knowledgeable guides.

Yacutinga Lodge: The Detail


Yacutinga incorporates 570 hectares, 4 of which have been destined to the buildings of the Lodge comprising a main building where you will find the reception, the restaurant, bar and a communal area; a swimming pool is nearby and in the middle of the forest the 5 blocks of suites called “butterfly”. Each “butterfly” has four suites with a total of 20 suites inside each.

Each suite is 42 square meters and has a bathroom with a shower, hot water 24 hours and a small room with a beautiful view of the forest. The cabins are rustic and simple, designed in a way that gives you maximum exposure to your environment at all times. All the cabins materials are made using local abundant materials and be aware that there are no electrical sockets in the cabins and the electricity is turned off at 11pm.

Yacutinga Lodge has created a whole naturally-harmonious structure in order to make sure that all the trips inside the reserve have a specific objective allowing for you to see the local fauna and flora. There are several trails and boat rides in the Iguassu River (above the Falls) and in the San Francisco River (floating), as well as a spectacular treetop catwalk. Specialised guides speaking Spanish and English accompany the visitors during all tours. The Lodge offers to guests a list with 270 natives’ species of birds and mammals.
