Los Juncos Lodge: Our View

Los Juncos is 20km away from the centre of Bariloche offering a unique alternative in accommodation in comparison to the mainstream large hotels.  This does not feel like a hotel but being warmly invited into a home, this is reflected with the owners who will go out of their way to help with everything and also offering fantastic food. Los Juncos is fully restored Patagonian jewel from the 40´s with a unique combination of comfort, style and soul. Each of the five rooms all have a character of their own.
 
Enjoy the true homemade gourmet kitchen. Our chef cooks exclusively “a la carte”, with our own harvested vegetables and “conservas”, homemade bread and pasta. The selection of our boutique Argentinean wines will surprise you and the informal dining area offers uninterrupted views across the lake.
 
Each of the 5 guest rooms are individually decorated and furnished making it extremely cosy and comfortable. The rooms are diverse stretching from the modern ‘earth’ room to the rustic fresh ‘soul room’ with 5 windows looking over the lake. The rooms vary in size and layout making it idel for all type of travellers
 
Soul room is spacious and full of light room with a king size bed, a comfortable lounge area and a work table. With a modern and spacious bathroom, it is the only room that has an antique tub to take bubbles and bath salts bath.
Aire Room has a unique view of the bay and the city at the end. The magic panel window at the end of the bed is the biggest advantage of Air Room. A comfortable reception room, separated from the mail one, brings a warm atmosphere.
Water Room is only 10 steps from main entrance and with private access, this authentic style room with lake view allows you to imagine yourself sailing in the middle of the Lake Nahuel Huapi
Fire Room has a forest view and the only one that has a shower separated from the bathroom.
Earth Room is surrounded by original photographs of Patagonia and is the most modern room, with a mix of trees, lakes and the garden
