Bariloche

Bariloche is situated on the foothills of the Andes and on the shores of Lake Nahuel Huapi making it one of the most picturesque places in Argentina.  The nearby national park of Nahuel Huapi is the oldest in the country and has some of the most diverse biospheres in the area as well an abundance of wildlife.
Bariloche is known as the Argentine Lake District as it includes 7 main lakes and numerous smaller ones and above each lies the snow-capped Andes.

Bariloche and the surrounding area is a superb place for almost everything!  Here you can ski in winter, walk in summer, kayak, take cable cars to mountain peaks, view wildlife or simply relax in the wilderness. To the north of Bariloche lie two smaller towns, each of which is worth a visit, if only for the spectacular drive.

San Martín de los Andesis one of the most dazzling and emblematic Andean cities in Argentinian Patagonia. Resting on the shores of Lake Lacar and surrounded by the majesty of the Lanin National Park, the four seasons brings an array of colours and activities. Villa La Angostura lies in the heart of the mountain range, surrounded by ancient forests, rivers and lakes.
