AGUAPE LODGE
Ibera Wetlands
Aguape Lodge: Our ViewPosada Aguape is one of very few lodges in the region and being positioned on the shores of the Ibera Lagoon gives it an advantage over the other lodges. It is a rustic lodge with open fires and small rooms and is closer to town than some of the other lodges, so wildlife viewing around the immediate lodge is not as good as other options. Aguape Lodge: The DetailThe large gardens, good size swimming pool and location on the edge of the lagoon are all good reasons for coming to Posada Aguape. The service is friendly and food plentiful whilst the activities on offer are also superb. They have their own private pier making departing on any water based excursion (most of them in the wetlands) very easy. The 12 rooms at Posada Aguape all face the gardens and are split into two categories; superior and standard. The superior rooms are much larger than the standard ones though all have en-suite facilities and a simple interior décor. This is not a place to come if you are after all the luxuries of a five star hotel, but somewhere to immerse yourself into the history and traditions of the area. You may also likeMendoza
