Argentina can be visited all year round, however the country can be split up into two distinctive seasons; October to March and April to September.
From October the March, the whole country is warm with Buenos Aires and Iguazu being hotter and more humid than other parts of the country. During these months the north of the country can receive rain, whilst the south is much drier and with clearer skies. These are the best months for visiting Patagonia.
April to September is when snow can fall in Patagonia making parts of the south inaccessible. These are the months to visit the vineyards in the north-west and the lesser known areas in the north of the country, a time when you generally have clear skies with snow-packed peaks.
